Public Address System – Casino, Waterfront Integrated Resort by Cinnamon Life (City of Dreams)
Successfully completed the Public Address System (PAS) for the Casino at the Waterfront Integrated Resort by Cinnamon Life, a key component of the City of Dreams development in Colombo.
The implementation of this PA System was commenced in October 2024 and involved the implementation of a fully integrated PAS tailored to meet the operational demands of a large-scale entertainment venue. The system includes a dedicated fibre optic connection between the PA Call Station and the PA Controllers to ensure consistent and reliable communication throughout the facility.
Scope of Work
- Oversaw project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget requirements, and quality standards
- Coordinated with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-level challenges and maintain smooth operations
- Managed procurement activities, material approvals, and subcontractor claims, while maintaining comprehensive project records
- Monitored safety compliance and ensured adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Delivered project outcomes that met financial targets, including profitability and positive cash flow against Work in Progress (WIP) costs
